RESIDENTIAL VENTING PRODUCTS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

 

Summary: This position is responsible for customer relations and providing technical assistance for the sale of the organizations’ residential products.  

 

Duties Include:

 

  • Enters orders accurately and timely
  • Assists customers in all areas including, but not limited to, pricing, order status, backorders, inventory status, shipment schedules, lead times, expediting, and replacement parts
  • Maintains excellent customer relationships
  • Works to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Excellent telephone and listening skills
  • Assists customers with pricing, order status, backorders, inventory status, shipment schedules, lead times, expediting, and replacement parts
  • Assists in updating product literature

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred
  • One to two years customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient filing, typing and 10-key skills
  • Dependable
  • Attention to detail

HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN

 

Summary: The Human Resource Intern performs various administrative tasks and supports the HR department.

 

Duties Include:

  • Support human resources director and other human resources staff in various projects.
  • Audits various benefit plans statements.
  • Assists with scanning/filing.
  • Researches various topics and creates initial draft documents for consideration.
  • Assists with 401K loan audits and preparing information for the 401K audit.
  • Assembles PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials.
  • Updates databases and internal spreadsheets.
  • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma and pursuing a college degree in human resources or related field
  • Aware of state and federal employment laws
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Maintains confidential HR and payroll information
  • Must be dependable

 

Other Information:

20-30 hours per week

SHIPPING/RECEIVING 1ST SHIFT


Duties Include:

 

  • Operate a forklift
  • Change forklift propane tanks
  • Perform basic forklift preventative maintenance
  • Accurately place and retrieve inventory goods
  • Order pulling/picking
  • Load and unload material and product
  • Operate scanning equipment
  • Perform inventory stock counts

 

Job Location and Hours:

1st  shift position hours 7:00 a.m – 3:30 p.m.

This position is located in southwest Wichita

 

Requirements:

 

  • High school diploma/GED or warehouse experience
  • Work overtime
  • Speak, read and write in English
  • Accurately perform basic math
  • Operate scanning equipment
  • Use measuring devices
  • Work with and get along with other employees
  • Dependable and punctual

SALES MANAGER

 

Micro Air a division of Metal-Fab, Inc. (Wichita, Kansas) is searching for highly motivated sales manager.

 

Summary: This position is responsible for the sale of the organizations’ products, with primary emphasis in North America.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Business degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Industrial and/or technical sales experience preferred 
  • Strong sales presentation skills
  • Product development
  • Self motivated

  • 40 percent travel
