TERRITORY SALES MANAGER, COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS


Job Summary:
The Sales Territory Manager is responsible for sales in a defined region of the United States.  The position assists field reps in account strategy, achieving sales quotas, staying current on new product developments, maximizing the business potential in the territory, and ultimate customer satisfaction.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Business degree or equivalent experience
  • Five (5) plus years of sales and management experience
  • Strong sales presentation skills
  • Prior experience with manufacturers reps desired
  • Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Product development experience
  • Self motivated
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Dependable
  • Proficient computer skills
  • The successful candidate must reside or be able to relocate to the Wichita area
  • This position is based on-site, 3025 W. May St., Wichita, Kansas 67213 with up to 40 percent travel
  • Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

 

Compensation:

ACCOUNTING MANAGER


Reports to:

Vice President of Finance


Job Description:
The Accounting Manager is responsible for financial statements, corporate general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts payable, credit, billing, payroll reconciliation and period-end processing.

Duties:

Maintenance of corporate general and subsidiary ledgers.
Post transactions to ledger accounts.
Verifies accuracy of control accounts to detail records.
Audits accounting data, identifies and corrects errors, identifies and computes accruals, applies accounting principles to transactions and recommends revisions to department procedures.
Ensures accounts payable, billing and credit functions are accurate and timely.
Verifies accuracy of payroll data to the general ledger.
Works with financial institutions in processing daily cash transactions, reconcile bank accounts, ensure daily receipts and disbursements are properly recorded.
Prepares weekly, monthly and year-end work papers.
Files reports with State and Federal agencies.
Manages finance department staff.
Support the Vice President of Finance on assigned projects.

Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 2ND SHIFT

  

Duties Include:

  •  Routine and extensive preventative maintenance on fabrication and shop equipment
  • Detect equipment malfunction and make needed repairs
  • Performs electrical installation and repair work
  • Performs PLC programming
  • Rough carpentry work
  • Repairs of plumbing leaks or breaks, clogged lines and drains
  • Grounds maintenance and grounds equipment repairs
  • Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment

 

Job Location:

This position is based in Wichita, Kansas

Schedule – Monday – Friday, 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (midnight)

 

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree
  • Technically competent, with at least five to ten years of responsible experience with basic mechanical, pneumatics, plumbing, electrical and hydraulic systems or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and technical experience.
  • Ability to use hand tools,  power tools, and electrical test equipment
  • Willing to help with other maintenance tasks as needed
  • Ability to mentor maintenance staff
  • Must be able to read and interpret wiring diagrams, repair manuals, parts catalogs, work orders
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing atmosphere safely and following safety practices and regulations
  • Must be dependable
  • Flexibility to work overtime on short notice
  • Good communication skills
  • Well organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to drive and maintain valid driver’s license

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR - 2ND SHIFT

 

Duties Include:

 

  • Audits manufacturing processes to verify compliance with manufacturing procedures, policies and specifications
  • Lead, train and motivate operators in the line inspection procedures
  • Verify engineering change orders as to accuracy
  • Receiving inspection of material and parts
  • Verification of first run parts
  • Maintenance of files for listing agencies

This position is based in Wichita, Kansas

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Blue print reading skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Microsoft Word and Excel experience
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing atmosphere safely and following safety practices and regulations
  • Must be dependable
  • Ability to drive and maintain valid driver’s license
