Residential Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

Metal-Fab, Inc. a leader in the HVAC industry is seeking candidates for a
part-time Customer Service Representative position for the residential
division. Duties Include: • Accurate and timely order entry • Familiarization with company products • Provide technical assistance to customers • Assist customers with pricing and order status • Advise customers of shipment and delivery schedules • Research and provide resolution to customer issues • Interact with remote warehouses • Maintain excellent customer relations Job Location and Hours: Metal-Fab is located at 3025 May Street, Wichita, Kansas 67213 Hours 20-25 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. start time. Requirements: • High school diploma/GED or related experience • Speak, read and write in English • Excellent phone skills • Proficient computer skills • Experience with Microsoft Office Products • 10-key • Ability to multi-task Salary and Benefits (NOTE - Part-time positions are eligible for the

Title: Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

Metal-Fab, Inc. is searching for a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician with
proven experience with a variety of electrical and mechanical skills. Summary: Performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair
procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment, pneumatic, electrical
and/or hydraulic systems and/or components, utility systems and grounds.
Fabrication of wood or iron fixtures and/or components. Requirements: Knowledge with pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Leadership qualities.
Effective oral and written communication skills. Dependable, with the ability
to work 1st Shift 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., and flexibility to work overtime on
short notice. Ability to walk and/or stand 100% of the day, and lift 20 to
50 lbs. occasionally and over 50 lbs. with assistance. Must have valid
Kansas Driver’s license, pass driver’s license check, pass physical capacity
test and drug test. Able to work in a fast paced large manufacturing facility. On the job the employee must be able to: • Effectively uses a variety of hand and power tools. • Performs maintenance on fabrication and shop machines. • Observes machine operation to detect machine malfunctions and make
repairs. • Performs electrical installation and repair work in wiring of switches,
outlets, plugs, cable power circuits and appliances; repairs lighting
systems, inspects electrical systems for unsafe conditions. • Perform basic rough and finished carpentry work and repair of
structures including masonry, and painting. • Identifies and performs basic repairs of plumbing leaks or breaks,
opens clogged lines and drains, replaces washers and other minor parts. • Maintains grounds, ground maintenance equipment and makes repairs. • Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required. • Ability to do detailed work with accuracy. • Dependability. • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with
employees, peers, managers and customers. • Ability to deal with constantly shifting priorities while utilizing materials
without excess waste. • Ability to follow directions and perform paperwork functions accurately
that is specific to work performed. • Ability to interpret miscellaneous drawings and schematics. • Operates, repairs any equipment needed to perform job. • Performs other duties as assigned with efficiency. Assists other grades
