Small Diameter Corr/Guard (SDCG) available in 3, 4 and 5 inch has incorporated the best design and engineering features into a vent system that stands alone. If a fast and easy installation is what you are looking for, the tool free connection of SDCG is what you want. Metal-Fab designed in features such as a tool free connection, precision molded gasket, tested to 25” wc and listed at 10” wc, lowest clearance to combustibles available and a 10 day factory ship commitment. Available in both CGSW (single wall) and CG (double wall) the double wall outer casing is available in aluminized steel, 430 stainless, 304 stainless or 316 stainless. Metal-Fab designed and manufactures the category II, III and IV special gas vent system that is preferred by contractors and requested by manufacturing reps.

Corrosion protected and pressure rated Corr/Guard has been a field tested success for many years providing the features in the larger diameter (6” – 24”) that contractors prefer. Welded seems, close tolerance joints, and a profiled vent closure band secured in place with a top quality gear clamp. Available in both single and double wall, the double wall outer casing is available in aluminized steel, 430 stainless, 304 stainless or 316 stainless. Corr/Guard provides the highest pressure rating in the industry (up to 6” w.g. positive vent pressure), and is UL listed for use with category II, III and IV appliances. Corr/Guard models CGSW (single wall) and CG (double wall) may be used where vent temperatures do not exceed 550F. Corr/Guard clearances to combustibles are based on vent operating temperatures as defined by the appliance.
